How do I order crystals from ViaBrazil?
You can easily order by sending us a message via WhatsApp or Instagram. Write which weight you want to buy, as well as your name, address, email, phone number and possibly VAT number (for EU customers). We will get back to you quickly with an order confirmation and invoice.
Are your prices wholesale?
Yes, all our prices are wholesale prices and customers pay by product weight (kg).
What payment options do you offer?
We use secure payments via Shopify Payments, which means you can pay with:

- Klarna (buy now, pay later – in selected countries)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Bank transfer (depending on country)
Do you have a minimum order requirement (MOQ)?
No 🙌 We have no minimum order requirement . You can order as little or as much as you want.
How does shipping work?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Europe. Shipping costs depend on weight and destination. For example:
- Europe: 10kg - $32, 20kg - $45
- UK: 10kg - $35, 20kg - $50
- USA: 10kg - $75, 20kg - $120
The shipping price is always calculated once we have packed your order to ensure the correct price.
